The easiest thing a CEO can do is play around with the SS. Raise the A/S, lower the A/S. Do a R/S then, then do a F/S. Give out a ton of shares, then return them to the treasury. Buy the float from insiders, then issue them preferreds or restricted stock.

Please. This kind of stuff has no lasting effect on the sp because people know the games they play.

As for their brilliant business plan, they can announce doing the latest greatest thing that currently has the OTC world abuzz, but again, people know how seldom anything comes of them. Pulling off such a thing requires a little money. And there's the rub.
