I think a little more accurately, folks set themselves up for disappointment with unreasonable expectations.

Our fully diluted share-count has doubled in the past four years while our cash and pipeline potential has reduced. After all these years we have a term sheet for only one indication out of the several the company has been pushing. And it is not yet a deal.

With a generous signed deal, the company's market cap will go up again because investors will be even less uncertain about the company's financial resources and opportunity to execute. And we will then see a string of further pre-clinical developments in B and K. The clinical developments will take more time.

But don't go thinking that the share price will hit $3 or $1 this year. If we get to $.50 that will be big. It means a FD market cap of over $100MM. If you're anchored to the share price high of around $5, keep in mind that's now a prospective FD market cap of well over $1.5BN. That's not happening unless/until B has strongly passed a phase 3 and K has strongly passed a robust Phase 2B.

Remember what happened with Prurisol, the trial problems and the ultimate outcomes. The market does. Never forget the risks.
