It makes u wonder if there would have been a benefit to them filing late vs on time. If the suspect motive is that the stock might have valued if filings were delayed and then thrown out randomly causing a yemprory boost, dont think that makes sense either. Filing 2016 on time with the revenue growth that showed would have been a great positive, long ago, a momentum builder off of a base, 5hen filed 10qs, which dont require the high audit fees....
