2) who in their right mind would give him a check in light of the current share structure ...
3) who in their right bloody mind would cut Ed Sylvan a check with such horrible financials.

The only way for Segi to be attractive to anybody Ed pitches, given the zombie-like existence of its financials, is for Ed to make the pitch that “HEY..I’LL R/S THE DAMN THING 200 to 1 FOR YOU (like zapping frankenstein’s body with a trillion volts) and then ANNOUNCE ZOMBIE BULLSHIT PR’S and THEN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.”

Ed is cornered and has nothing but a diseased hulk of a otc company whose only life saving chance is a REVERSE SPLIT.
