This is good dialogue! I just want to point out that you said, "purchased." I'm pretty sure they haven't purchased it yet. Actually, the report clearly indicates that they're planting a test crop before they purchase it. To that end, the test crop should be done in about 4 months+-. It is my humble opinion that the price will plummet until that time when a PR indicates a positive test crop and more plans to move forward with the land purchase. Again, in my humble opinion, a purchase at this point only makes sense if you're long.
