When they released 2016 10K, I believed that the company is going to do something and was expecting more to come.

I thought there was no point for them to file the 10K if they were going to be silent like this.... in fact, it just stayed at 0.001 even after the filing.

What do you guys think?? why would they file 10K and spent that kind of money if they were just going to be silent??
