It’s difficult to see why they’d play with the wording to make it more difficult to puzzle out. The first one was pretty clear..OM to Asshole. This says IBD and Crohn’s and then adds the first right to negotiate the GI tract. Deliberately fuzzy or just not that specific regarding the GI tract. Most people would assume GI tract means the stomach on down but most people have no idea without looking it up.
