COME ON MMEX, Is Hanks going to blow the perfect opportunity to announce a completely NON BINDING LOI with a foreign entity that has ZERO internet exposure or details of their business.

This is SOP for penny stocks that are looking to gets some volume by feeding the typical MMEX STRONG that will buy into the nonsense hook line and sinker.
