The docket shows no ruling on the pending and outstanding motions....WHERE...WHERE...WHERE were or are both MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT DENIED by Judge Ungaro....where on the docket does it show that fact ??????????????????

Is Miguel feeding bad info to the inside track??? It will be reported to the SEC of course that CEO Miguel and/or Kristin Comella or those "close to them" are likely, or potentially disclosing non public insider information that has not been published in fully public PR.....add it to the list of violations they're under investigation for.....

Right to the FL SEC office who's got an open investigation on-going as we speak. Maybe they'll want to issue a subpoena and find out more about court/trial information being "selectively" leaked...nice....
