Prodigy, your 100% correct it is lawful to discuss goals and objectives for up listing.

However, what IS Illegal is intentionally spreading false/untrue information about a stock when that person holds a position in said stock. A felony actually. Maybe should copy and paste "Last Fiddy" and send to SEC enforcement.
