Its amazing that he says that to you without it being public information.

That might be borderline insider trading. Telling a private person that a public company will be releasing products after X in many cases provides insight and gives reason to buy ahead of said date to benefit.

If all that was posted comes to frutition, one could make a claim against UATG. Whether it actually stands may be disputed, but thats certainly on the line.

We need a Public announcement to address issues.

The silence we've been experiencing over the last 5 months can be golden in the future if all he stated comes true.
