This is actually just the float according to that filing... Not the OS...

The OS is the float plus restricted shares....

So the float is 734,198.094 as reported 5/16/2019 + restricted shares which as of 5/3/2019 was 55,227,487, and that number normally doesn't change often...

So the total of 789,425,581 is the actual OS I suspect...

I just had my first change to look at the OTC-QB filing from 5/16/2019 and noticed this...

Either way, not bad... As long as the dilution stops... Which, today's volume has been all buy volume except 1,712,999 shares... No signs of dilution today, so it is very likely the convertible note is done dumping into the BID... Now the BID is larger than the ASK, news and a 10-Q is due... And we just got an OTC-QB certification filing yesterday...
