Confused Investors

Investors now are confused. If they think dilution is still there, they are waiting to get cheaper shares before the news. They know that some note holders get their shares at 0.0005 and they may be willing to sell them at breakeven if they have anything left.

Shareholders are also confused. If they think there is dilution, then they are dumping their shares with the hope of grabbing more shares later and cheaper......ADDING FUEL TO THE FIRE and creating a self destructive problem.

Besides the shareholders, the MMs are also playing a manipulative scare tactic. For example, now they show 20 mil at the bid and raising the ask with the idea of scaring people to sell at the bid.

So when it comes to what is most harmful to ONCI so far based on the data from worst to bad:

Shareholder dumping is worst
MMs manipulation
Dilution is bad

As you can see, the data keep pointing to the fact that shareholders dumping is by far the most harmful to the stock. This followed by MMs manipulation then dilution. This is not a general conclusion to all stocks, this is specific to ONCI.
