Wrong, most stocks out there have special preferred shares, but they are typically voting shares, not convertible with each preferred convertible into 1,500 common.

Former CEO gave himself and other cronies these as they looted the company equity. They were then given to the current CEO...Yuck.

This is massive dilution.
