Notice this REOCCURRING thing. All the deals are TEMPORARY and that relieves the scumbags of liability. They start the next scam under a Letter of Intent or a Memorandum of Understanding, install the new faces, create a lot of fluff, sell a bunch of shares then rescind the transactions in order to CHANGE DIRECTION AGAIN.

They just claim the deal couldn't be finalized and have ZERO responsibility to inform shareholders WHY. Usually a quick claim that it was a mutual agreement to back out or the money wasn't there.
