Management is hell bent on getting rid of Oliver before he can even
be elected. I really find managements tactics to distasteful. What
is management trying to hide from Oliver?

If Oliver is not elected as a Trustee I wonder if an oil & gas company
would pounce on the company. Regardless of the proxy outcome, I think
this will end up in court.

After this idiocy TPL will never be the same again.
