"Management" never gets screwed in a R/S, they can dilute and gift themselves more. Read the latest filing, the float is low currently, they will need to dilute to create liquidity,
the OS is 27 million
they set the AS at 1.4 BILLION shares, plenty to dilute and gift themselves.

Also as Pugs posted since last year they had been diluting many millions at higher pps pre-RS, we shareholders got screwed. Even current pps we are still -66% Down from pre-RS (50 shares at .12 = $6.00 )

They cost me money
