New filings in the SEC case were posted. Apparently, UDF did file something on April 29th, but it’s not on the SEC website. There’s nothing new in the filings, except this little gem:

The record evidence shows Respondents making extraordinary efforts, and it is difficult to imagine any entity trying harder. When Respondents give assurances, they mean it.



Maybe we should give ol’ Hollis a gold star for trying so gosh-darn hard.
