MDLG...Where was the CFO?
Why didn’t the CFO sign the late Q filing form? And why didn’t we hear from the CFO on the shareholder call? Wouldn’t that have been a perfect opportunity to introduce a new key member of CipherLoc? Could it be the quarter was delayed because the CFO wouldn’t sign-off on the quarterly report? James Sullivan was appointed on 4-19-19 so It would be a kiss of death to CipherLoc’s CEO and CLOK’s board members if the CFO quit inside 4 weeks of joining the company and seeing the books. Let’s hope that if the CFO has left CipherLoc that this kind of a serious material event happened AFTER the Shareholder call because such a material event would have had to been disclosed on the conference call. Or was this a new version of P&D: PUMP shareholders up in order to DUMP bad news on them? This way the bad news (late Q) (CFO?) would be more easily absorbed by unsuspecting investors.
