After a little research I think we can expect this to be the norm for this company. Late filings for 10K since 2015, I didn't go any further. Numerous late filings for 10Q also. They're showing a growing history of bad management practices. If it bounces, take your money and run, this is def not a long hold stock. Could probably flip this a cpl times a year, but no long term value.
