Yes ....

Some here know more than me... but I'll give

it a shot....

- after years of dormancy, was reinstated

back in January....

- with such a low float (3 million) and the

Love of r/m plays by so many.. many bought

& this soared to .04 cents QUICKLY....

now we all sit and wait.... 2 scenarios

1) this is nothing & CEO just wanted to

protect the shell from a custodian takeover

2) CEO (Kevin day) is planning something

but he is just taking a long time to file

Question to the board?

Was kevin day the old CEO or was he

Brand new when he reinstated!?
