Why would note-holders sell ONCI stock?

These guys are the ultimate insiders (other than Berman); when they negotiated shares they SURELY did some savvy, in-the-know DD.

Right?

I mean, these guys are closely-related 3rd parties who KNOW Berman and the company. Surely they know more about ONCI's prospects than us retail shareholders?

Isn't anyone curious WHY they would sell, even way down here, if ONCI stock is worth 10-20X today's price?

When you negotiate equity stakes, you're typically NOT clueless. In fact, it makes you wonder why these guys haven't just taken this gold-mine private. I hear it's super-cheap, based on 'financials'...

Well, it makes me wonder anyway.
