I am under the impression that yes these rooms will increase the revenue. But, at what cost to the shareholders. He is looking at a 3 to 5 million dollar project if everything can go good this time. If you where with GBLX from the start they spent over 15 million for the building they are in and the build out. Plus, hiring incompetent contractors, friends, and family.

I actually think this will be good for the company if the can get market share here in vegas. In Vegas, GBLX seems to be behind 4 of the major growers here by almost two yours.

Thus, i have concerns about major dilution, increasing payroll, and getting control of the C Suite. I would not be surprised if you see one to two board members leave this year because john doesnt want to lessen to them even though they are in the business at different phases.
