I feel sorry for Steve in this process. You do a deal to receive money and succeed. You tell you shareholders its on its way, only to not receive that money or at least within the time frame advertised. It makes him look like a chump to investors and that's a rough situation. It's like designing lesson plans that are tech heavy and then the server goes down just as students are walking in to the classroom. To maybe cure this, put a clause in the agreement of payment penalty for lat pays.

Anybody have reasonable ideas why we have not received the second payment or the reactor payment other than a squashed deal?
