If your on twitter you see all the complaints regarding OTC and changes. Also if you notice... when your account is down... E*TRADE will make a stock show action so it doesn’t look as bad as it really is. It’s always in the morning . I have three accounts and one I don’t use but for triple 0... they manipulate your account when it’s dropping. There’s been no action on a few of these stocks then all the sudden 3 are showing volume?? Smh
