iCo Therapeutics Inc as it seems, just wants to be in it as they have up to 32m in milestones coming if Bert. is approved and they retains the ocular rights. They could make a better deal with a new buyer for rights so just keeping the door open for better terms and just saying don't forget about our claims and rights.
