Unfortunately you could be right. The only consistent thing I have experienced with Western since 2003 is inability to execute and silence. Why did I think this time would be different?

A while back a poster said something to this effect: "This is either the best kept secret in penny land or a huge scam."

Which is it? They do have assets? They are developing CBD? What do we really know? Yield sign and silence is the only thing certain now. Things may have changed but we don't know do we.

I doubt I will buy anymore even under .01 as of my thinking now. Last purchase was .0151, now wondering if I didin't throw money away.
