Looking forward to June 4, retail is still not getting any love at the moment, but, no matter, with this its better its not at the moment. More time for people to find it and benefit from the prices it is today than where it will be 3 months from now. I mean company has 70+ mil in assets 20 mil in cash and at today's share price its being valued @18-19 million, so if it were liquidated today doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize shareholders would get over $1-1.20 in cash or there about as other costs of liquidation will take away some of the $$ if it were liquidated today. One can write disparaging articles every other week as one fellow does, but, you cannot disregard the actual numbers/books the cash value.

I am going to change the DD page to relevant parts of the recent conference call from the CEO and CFO. Have gotten a couple nasty pm's on here critiquing my use of certain terms etc as if I were a damn accountant, which I am glad I am not. And critiquing my sentence structure, bouncing around way of putting my words and thoughts on paper as it were.

No insult meant to accountants my cousin Alfie god rest his soul was my go to guy to go over filings etc when I decided to go deep on stocks in similar situations as FRAN, but, he unfortunately passed away Big C took him, takes to many.

Any way I am simple guy always have been I could care less about whats a capex, COGS SG&A etc I speak plain and simple, well educated and said screw college because I would have to have sat through 1 year of English course and I wasn't having it, did my time time in that class got my parole and wasn't going back. I didn't need college most people don't I know more people with them that are either doing something having zero to what they spent $150-200K on or something that didn't need that degree.

I was successful without it and was the better for it. I think most people who I put the DD for know what I mean when I post, but, to soothe those with the need to critique I will just say cutting costs/spending etc. No matter what abbreviation it goes by. I mean seriously whats more important abbreviations or X amount comes in Y amount goes out your left with Z when you should have been left with R because the CEO neglected to look at U all the while spending to much on K.

Its simple if you let go of this and that is 2+ 2 =ing 4 or -3 how can that get fixed. So sorry for those I wasn't quite using proper terminology and using proper sentence structure etc.

Back to that website, maybe its because I am not a internet kind of guy but I still cannot get over the website I had only been there once, after reading in an article how some fellow had went to some stores gave a rather terrible opinion of them then a terrible opinion of the website. Visited a store found that fine, not sure maybe the store he had gone to was mismanaged, who knows. But the website even with my novice experience with them I got the opinion it was like 15 year old car and mama and the kids needed a new one.

When I went and had a look was amazed the difference it really was great, and I was amazed at the customer participation. The ladies that had uploaded pics of themselves in their outfits from Francesca's was really neat, I had no idea people did that sort of thing. Wild, at the bottom of the homepage all of them are customer loaded some looked like fashions shoots, you can click a prompt under the first set and it will just load more and more and people react with likes etc. Made me feel very old and out of touch LOL, but I am good with that to old to change.

Only an opinion but from the looks of the twitter the website the clothes looks like they have really made an excellent turnaround in may areas thus far and I look forward to seeing more.

Well have a great day all, should be turning the corner soon and heading back up as we near the much anticipated Q1 numbers and updates from the CEO etc.

Peace out
