In this case I don't agree with you. On Merkur there are no market makers. It could happen that there is no bid at the opening. It is nonsense to think that shares are worthless for that reason. SIAF has failed to honor all of its financial obligations. There might be a declaration of bankruptcy. All assets might be sold and the proceeds used to pay debt. In certain cases in such situation it turns out that there are more assets than liabilities. The difference is distributed to shareholders. SIAF has very little debt in relation to its assets. One possibility is therefore that dollars per share might be distributed to shareholders in the case of bankruptcy.
