Seems like they understand that permitting and regulatory requirements exist.

The problem is that they have no clue what permits are required, what they will cost in time and money.

Hiring a front end loader from a local construction company and contracting with a trucking company is all that is needed.


Mining sure is easy.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
