What about the build out of the rooms? Usually, you have to upgrade your utilities before you build in commercial buildings. As everything has to be permitted and meet a building code.

So, they have upgraded there power and water lines. Now, you have to start the build out of the new rooms. Which are actually a lot of the cost beside the light.

I agree that there are positives about that. I think it will help with revenue. But, there expenses are out of control.

For LSU, i am kinda worried because the state said there where pesticides found in the GB grow. Which means they would have to dump there first grow.

So, yes there are positives but also a lot of concerns. I think this next quarter is going to tell a lot.
