The more I look at this it does appear that stock price manipulation is taking place. Is it so the family and friends of family can buy cheap shares and then dump on the market after the pump. Then right and repeat. Delays and road blocks are obvious manipulation words to tank the stock price in my opinion. This has gone up and down too much to just be ordinary market moves. All my opinion of course.
