I am encouraged that someone actually did some research!
But, this is not a reclamation project. It is a mineral recovery (i.e. mining) project. Hondo went through the same thing, with the very same pile of tailings. They got hit with violations by the State for ignoring the regulations, and ultimately, Hondo went away and investors lost everything.
Those tailings are highly toxic - a couple percent lead is the main problem. There is very little gold or silver. The cost to do things right (permits, etc.) do not nearly make up for the precious metals that might be recovered.
Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
