You aren't the only one who has suggested that but I'm not sure that those who hold that opinion have bothered to go back to the document that first included the reference to an August term sheet....the last 10-K.

"The Company signed a non-binding term sheet in August 2018 with a global pharmaceutical company for the licensing/rights to Brilacidin for treating oral mucositis and inflammatory bowel diseases."

If the August term sheet was still alive they would have had a heckofa hard time signing the most recent one.
