Also wondering if this might be the reason the hearing has been rescheduled twice- Gary would have to be there- maybe he got injured and they delayed it for him. And now they are getting someone else in his place for the 29th? Seems a little far fetched, but I wish I could post a link of the signature page-its pretty obvious something is not right with it.
