Look at a historical price chart of ONCI - it's similar to many sub-penny garbage stocks.

It's had runs on hype, as some do. And IT MAY AGAIN...

If you get a signal that another run is happening, consider jumping onboard. Until then, I'd just read thru the board for a bit.

Maybe go back to previous times the stock has had runs, and read msgs from those times - especially AFTER the run (during a run posts are meaningless).

After a run, the posts are IMPORTANT. It's where posters make their mark. Worth listening to, or not.
