I just did the same. Dumped all my shares and it was a substantial amount of shares. I'll will only say in the millions. This stock should have leveled out at about .0045 or so until some kind of big news broke or until after the CES in January. VFIN has been diluting the hell out this stock. I got out before I took a loss due to dilution. I'll get back in at a lower PPS when the dilution stops. I don't see the dilution stopping until the PPS is at about .0015.

Just my opinon. I've been wrong before but I've also been right on occassion.
