The acquisition of Mesquite Disposals Unlimited will double the number of salt water disposal wells that NGL has in its portfolio and will add MDU's significant pipeline assets in the Permian Basin.

According the the presentation, the combination will produce "significant distribution cash flow beginning in 2020."

Indeed, NGL may be the water king.
