1) To make it legal for con-Debt to print and dump shares

2) To rall stock so Con-Debt shares can be feed into the rally.

No SEC fillings, no shares printed.

OS is maxed out.

If they have Con-Debt Left, they are squeezing the debt holders, in an old style MOB move for terms....

In this case, they may be waiting for 2 million in cash from SGSI to pay that Con-Debt?
