The potential licensee has RFN on all GI indications, which would include OM. If they decide they want to proceed with OM, or we feel there is another potential partner for it, they would get to negotiate with us first.

What this term sheet shows is that the potential partner only wants to do Phase 3 testing UP/UPS before exploring B further, but is also willing to broaden the licensing if the company gets serious interest from someone else in the meantime.
