No but they didn't say they would be turned into flying goats either. What they did say is they will be cancelled and will get no recovery. Just to be clear in case you don't understand what that means, it means they have no value and are worthless and will completely disappear. It also means NOTHING else will be done with them, no flying goats and no swap.

Yes the PPS should be around 1 penny right now. As I have said retail investors do not read this stuff and think they own the new Sears. Look at how many times the share price increased when the new Sears made some sort of positive announcement. Right there it shows the majority of the current shareholders appear to have no clue about this.

But please go ahead and purchase more, back up the truck, load up, use all the powder. At this point you deserve it, treat yourself.
