Less Overhead, More Revenues.
They still have the downtown LV location, not yet remodeled into dispensary. Its a better location than any other dispensary located in Las Vegas. Prime location. Old Cigar Shop just feet from Downtown Fremont St. / the Slot Machine Zip Line, casinos / hotels...
This one will bring in more $ than both the others and more...with all the foot traffic and being the only one downtown. Not sure what the delay is. Maybe they were waiting to see if they can have a Weed Lounge / Dispensary and the City just voted YES for downtown LV to have them 1 week ago. Still can't have them on or around the Strip, due to being in Clark County. Only Downtown LV where TRTC has location. This could generate more people, but dispensary and weed lounge have to separate with weed lounge having big time air filter system. Another catch is, only Dispensaries with a license already can have them. Others have to wait a year to get license and then they can have a weed lounge. No sales of weed in the weed lounge also.
Medman is next closest to Downtown but in the Arts District. Not walking distance from Fremont St / Casinos. Ya have to drive there if you stay downtown.
