Still no filings, or statements from management regarding the future of LDSI. However, with the information posted on the new company website, and statements from the lawsuit allegedly made by management, we can make some predictions. It can be assumed from the website, that the company will complete the merger with Vastech, and secure the motor patents. And probably change the company name to Intuitive Technology Ventures. When this changeover occurs, I would expect a reverse stock split to allow for future stock offerings.
The lawsuit complaint predicts a reverse split of 5,000 to 1. Such a drastic reduction, if announced, would undoubtedly result in another sell-off. I would expect the market cap to drop to about 1 million and yield a post split share price in the $2.00 range.
