Things are delayed due to BNSF RAILWAY. Barrons reply on LinkedIn: All of this is based on the railroads giving approval to run. BNSF is the hold up. Until they allow us to run on their 89 mile stretch, we are stuck. We are working with them for access but no deal is cut yet. Returns will start once revenues start, but not until we run.
