Or, another perspective, and closer to the truth I believe, is that when a company changes (in this case Harvest360 reverse merger) and sets out in a new direction with a new mission (as Todd Scattini has mentioned), some of the old things that do not fit the new direction/mission need to be trimmed away.

Many are stuck with the misdirections of Josh and I understand the frustration. But from someone without the frustration, a new set of eyes, what is happening appears to be in line with the changes a company would make when setting out on a major change in direction.
