Some simple DD on the acquisition shows a very relatable business model to Trulieves operations in Florida, in relation to how they designed their dispensary.

It looks very well received and reviewed... also see a lot of Curaleaf stocked skus which is interesting. Seems like a well structured company.

Questions I look forward to getting answers too is

1. How much did the aquisition cost

2. License details of the company (how many authorized locations)

3. Cultivation capacity, if any at all, because it looks like they don’t have a brand... but dispense local and other MSO brands. Which is ok too, money is money.
