They replaced the former CEO in March because he retired.
Are you just posting incomplete information to get cheaper stock or is your motive sinister?
If one reads the PR's completely there is not sufficient information to support your reaction. It is very common for companies to have management changes coincidental to company progression.
Without substantive analysis and facts your headline type statement is meaningless.
Only you know why you left out context and more complete facts.
Agree that you may not be suited to investing in early stage bios.

I actually purchased some shares down here based on the chart. Looking to buy more in the future.
