quietly hoping no one will notice his boner-less trepidation. Well XI Jinping has already noticed.

In hindsight the USA should have locked up their rare earth minerals supplies 2 years ago before making this latest attempt at starting a trade war. The spooks at DARPA will be crying a tantrum for lithium and cobalt before year's end especially if this new "hot" war with Iran gets going full steam.
