I think they really have to stay quiet during a filing period. It always seemed to excess with me during involvement with other companies. There are so many rules on information, that the attorneys always say "don't say a darn thing until you get the approval letter." My guess - and it is purely a guess - is that the lawyers have a "gag order" on the clients out of abundance of caution. Again, the rules are so sticky. Probably more so than they need to be, but they are there.

Ha! 3 bucks a share?! Count me in and call me at the beach! I'll be the one with a fishing rod and a book.
