It does not matter if it can go over .005 today. The reverse merger is a good news for TFVR shareholders. I understand that reverse split scares many people but it can be good news in the long run. If you are trying to flip it past, then I understand your concerns. I ride free shares so I can care less if it is .01 or .10 today, I want to hear future plans and wonder what could be 1 or 2 years from now.
